In the "Explore" view tap on "Moments".
To view your Moments profile page, tap on your profile picture at the top left of the Moments view and see those you're following and those following you.
Select whether you'd like to share a status update, image, video or audio file and upload it.
Tap on the floating "+" sign on the bottom right.
